    As I was watching this my sister came in the room. She asked if I was talking to somebody. 

    I must have been super into this interview and actually looked involved in the conversation. Love that!

    Also, as he mentioned. He writes something down every day. I wrote down the following in my retro journal.

    “Step into the awkwardness for something great to happen.”
