Leaders Under 30-Tom McFarlin

Kyle Reed // @kylereed

Today’s Leader Under 30 profile is Tom McFarlin.

Tom lives in Atlanta, Georgia and by day, he is a Christian blogger, husband, friend, and software engineer.

Tom has continued to ask questions, share notes from church each week, and participated in guest blogging as well as commenting.
Tom has a great heart for ministry and has some big things planned for 2010 (ones that he is going to share later in the year, I hope).

Question Tom has for all Leaders:
You’re never going to have as much information as you could want in order to make the best decision possible, so leaders are often tasked with navigating a lot of uncertainty in order to maintain and/or achieve their vision.
How do you confidently and consistently stay focused while continuing to lead through times or through areas of uncertainty?

Tom doesn't have a video too? What's up with that? Uh, great picture though, lol.

I've got more questions than answers so it's probably a good thing there's no video; however, you're likely to see Kyle and me in a video soon enough.
