What is Patience? And why is it a virtue? Actually, what does that even mean.
Wiki defines patience as this, “the state of endurance under difficult circumstances.”
I can work with that. But it definitely is missing something.

I am not a patient person at all. I usually do two or three things at once because I get bored.
I have a hard time sitting in church because I get bored pretty quickly.
I am absolutely going in sane because I believe that God is doing something in my life, I just don’t know what that exactly is at this time.
Call that ADD, I call it looking to the next thing.

My Dad is the most patient person I have ever seen in action. He is like a machine.
He focuses on what is going on now and does not look to the future or worry about what is next.
I can learn some things from him (don’t tell him I said that).

What is patience to you?
Give me something that is actually tangible. None of that webster stuff.
How have you been patient and what has God done in your patience?

knowing that trials and struggles come for a reason is what gives me patience to endure and press on. i know that it may not be pleasant at times, but everything that comes our way comes from our sovereign Lord who is in control of all things.

it is our calling as christians to persevere until the end no matter what the struggle!
