Sunday provides us a day to relax, reflect, and refuel. On Sunday’s I like to sit back and ask a couple of questions. Maybe it sounds a little like those awkward games you play with people you do not know so that you can get to know each other better.

Lets just call it Question(s) for You.

1) Who did you pick for the Nation Champion in the NCAA Tourney this year?

2) What makes you click a link in twitter or facebook? The title, person tweeting it or other?

3) Favorite brand of shoe?

Answer them all or just one….these are Questions for You.

1 – I don’t fill out NCAA brackets. But my cousin is an assistant coach for the Penn State Lady Lions. Fingers Crossed!

2 – Depends… almost always the title needs to grab my attention, but I will also ‘prefer’ certain people over others. I have spent a lot of time developing my lists on twitter. Certain people have done a great job of building my trust.

    3 – Sketchers. Hands down.

I need to work on my list, well I don’t actually have any list whatsoever. pretty lame really

    1. Didn’t fill out brackets, but I would have chosen Duke regardless ad I still think it will be Duke.

    2. It depends. I would say it largely depends on the person but if a title stands out, I’ll click that regardless of who sent it out.

    3. No favorites in particular. I am partial to Skechers largely due to their durability. When I used to work in NYC and had to wear suits every day I was partial to Florsheim dress shoes. I still like them.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

      I picked Duke as well

  • http://learningfromsophie.wordpress.com Laura Anne

    1. I like Duke, but confess I don’t know much about the NCAA.

    2. The title/description of what the link is.

    3. Hush Puppies make the comfiest shoes. Irregular choice make the prettiest shoes. Doc Martens make the comfiest ‘every day’ boots.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

well for you not knowing much you picked the right team :)

    1. Kansas (but wouldn’t be surprised if Duke wins it all)

    2. Person tweeting, title, topic.

    3. Not sure. Maybe New Balance. I have some Diesel’s that are pretty comfortable as well.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

I have always wanted to pull the trigger on some Diesels but can never find a pair in my price range

  • Jonathan Pearson

    UConn

Person tweeting, interesting tweet or question

I wear different brands, but Puma is a great one!

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

Great choice…I think you are right with UConn.
I would pick them if I could do it all over, but I have Duke winning it all.

    1. I choose to keep my sanity during march madness.

    2. If it’s an interesting thought. I don’t care about trending or subjects. Just give me a good thought in a short form and I will surely follow it.

    3. Dr. Martens – Though I don’t own a single pair anymore, they are the best shoes I have ever owned. They can be casual or more dressed up (if a little edgy), they feel good on my feet, and they last forever. Can’t beat them.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

      good decision.

  • http://www.cartoonrebellion.net Jenny

    1. Apathetic.
    2. Person tweeting, how many times the link shows up in my Twitter feed, craftiness in wording
    3. Toms for everyday comfort, I also have been wearing some teniis shoes from urban outfitters lately. My Clark boots are also a grunge fav of mine. Oh and thrift store shoes…. I like shoes.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

you shouldn’t be so apathetic, its the greatest time of the year

  • http://www.adamlehman.us Adam Lehman

    1. Ohio State
    2. Anything
    3. TOMS

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

I like me some Ohio State basketball…definitely not football.
but I think they got a good shot

  • http://wvpv.me wvpv

    1. Ahem. I picked your favorite team. Kansas. ;)
    2. I tend to click links based on who’s tweeting.
    3. I like Skechers. (I honestly didn’t care about the whole Toms/Skechers rip-off controversy. That stuff happens all the time and most of the time we either don’t notice or don’t care.) Skechers have a good balance between somewhat dressy and athletic/casual, IMO. And they are affordable.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

so funny thing about that, I thought about picking them because I think they have a great shot and a very easy road to the final four, but i just could not bring myself to do it. I will forever hate everything about Kansas and in fact cannot in any way cheer for them to win anything.

And BTW, you are the man on Google Buzz. Love reading your shared stuff

  • http://www.abrahamchronicles.com Dustin

    1. Kansas
    2. A little bit of both….
    3. Vans
