Sunday provides us a day to relax, reflect, and refuel. On Sunday’s I like to sit back and ask a couple of questions. Maybe it sounds a little like those awkward games you play with people you do not know so that you can get to know each other better.

Lets just call it Question(s) for You.

1) The best meal you have ever had?

2) Who inspires you?

3) Who is someone on twitter that you wish they followed you?

Answer them all or just one….these are Questions for You.

    1) my great grandmas breakfast – potatoes, eggs, chili, beans, and homemade tortillas. So good.

    2) My nephew. He’s not even 2 months old but i see a life full of potential. He inspires me to put my hope in the Lord, and to surrender so that the Lord may chose to use me to pave the way for him.

    3) Donald Miller.

    1) EVER? Ummm.. It’s hard to choose just one, but I’m going to say the meal my husband and I had our first night in Jamaica on our honeymoon. It was a restaurant on our resort, and it was AMAZING. I don’t remember what all we had, but there was champagne and this amazing baked crab dip, and the restaurant opened out to the ocean… Simply wonderful.

    2) Who inspires you? It changes every few days. Today it’s Ina May Gaskin.

    3) Who is someone on twitter that you wish they followed you? The Pioneer Woman (Ree Drummond). I’m pretty sure we’d be best friends if she knew I existed.

    1. I’m kinda old, so I’ve had a lot of fantastic meals. I miss my college days in MS where every old country store/bait shop had an eatery in the back. Everything was done by hand. No frozen patties of mystery meat or cans of fruit. Real home cookin’.

    2. Wow. Hard question. Again, I’m kinda old, so there have been lots of people who have inspired me. In this moment, I guess gitzengirl (Sara Frankl). She is always putting others before herself. So darn sick, but she loves to lift others up in their minor adversities. That is true selflessness.

    3. Gee, Kyle, so many to choose from!! How ’bout Dan Haseltine or Bart Millard.

    • http://thoughtsaboutnothing.com Kyle Reed

That is what I am about…real home cookin

    1. best meal would be a home cooked meal..preferibly by my mom or any of my grandmas. They just can’t go wrong. However if i had to choose it would probably involve seafood, pasta and/or hearts of palm.
