What Does God Want?

After a very tough day yesterday, where I came to the realization that in 6 months I have made no progress (I know that is not true, but at the time it was very tough) in life my Dad asked me this question: What does God want?

Have you ever thought about that before…does God want something from us? I honestly do not have the answer. I know I want something from God, but does He want something from me. Sure you can give the typical answer “God wants all of you” but I am talking way past that. Does God want something of me? Is God waiting on me?

In your lowest times where things seem to really be backwards and confusing, what have you noticed God doing or saying?
