Yammer
This is a must resource for any ministry, company, or project.
The best way to describe Yammer is twitter within a network. It provides you the chance to “tweet” or as I like to call it “yam” with your fellow employees. The best part about Yammer is that for the basic package it is free. There is no reason why a church or company should not have this. It just opens up communication in real time and allows you to share attachments, thoughts, projects, links, etc…
Yammer provides a real time conversation for your network and even comes with a desktop app that runs much like tweetdeck, tweetie, and seesmic. It also has an iPhone app. Check out the screenshots below and then go and check out yammer.

I have been called that before…no surprise there
think?
Ok, serious question: How would this be better than Google Wave? or almost any IM client with attachment abilities?
