Yammer

This is a must resource for any ministry, company, or project.
The best way to describe Yammer is twitter within a network. It provides you the chance to “tweet” or as I like to call it “yam” with your fellow employees. The best part about Yammer is that for the basic package it is free. There is no reason why a church or company should not have this. It just opens up communication in real time and allows you to share attachments, thoughts, projects, links, etc…

Yammer provides a real time conversation for your network and even comes with a desktop app that runs much like tweetdeck, tweetie, and seesmic. It also has an iPhone app. Check out the screenshots below and then go and check out yammer.

    Ok, serious question: How would this be better than Google Wave? or almost any IM client with attachment abilities?
